Polypropylene (pp) is a polymer formed by addition polymerization of propylene. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89～0.91g/cm³, [1] It is flammable, with a melting point of 189℃, softening at about 155℃, and the use temperature range is -30～140℃ [2]. It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high temperature and oxidation. Polypropylene is widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical equipment, automobiles, bicycles, parts, pipelines, chemical containers, etc. It is also used in food and pharmaceutical packaging. It is good at absorbing oil and grease.

Combined with pulp and pp, the plain pulp pp spunlace is an inexpensive choice of food service wipes, light duty industrial wipes tacking oil grease. It is low lint and extractables. Being super absorbent and tear resistant, you can easily rinse out and reuse them. The 100% usage of the fabric offers greater value for your business than shop rags, old clothes. Moreover, we offer customized grammage and size for your choice.

Compared with viscose polyester spunlace, the pulp pp spunlace is always cheaper. Pulp pp spunlace can replace viscose polyester in many ways to save money.

1. Food service wipes. Because pp is quite good in absorbing oil and grease, so it is a perfect oil killer. It improves your cleaning efficiency while saving more money for you; Moreover, it has at least 70% pulp which works similar with paper which goes well with ink, so you can print logo or versatile drawings on the fabric, the printing will be more definite than printing on viscose polyester spunlace.

2. Disinfecting wipes. Since pulp accounts more than 70% in pulp pp spunlace which is quite absorbent. And it keeps good strength even in wet condition;

It is commonly 80% pulp and 20% pp.

The pp is Yizheng by China SINOPEC, the biggest supplier of pp in China while the pulp is by Alpac imported from Canada. We make pulp into paper and then laminate paper with pp web into integrated spunlace fabric. In this way, it decreases linting chance.

5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) as the trial order?

We encourage our clients to try plain pulp pp spunlace at low MOQ of 500kgs. The MOQ can be lower if we have similar orders in production.

6. What are the payment terms?
