Founded in the paper industry, Weston has been a pioneer in material innovation for decades. In 2003, in response to China's environmental policies and the global shift toward sustainable materials, we fully devoted ourselves to the nonwoven industry. Since then, Weston has specialized in spunlace and spunbond nonwovens, leveraging advanced production lines imported from Germany, Italy, and France.
Our transformation from paper production to high-quality spunlace nonwovens reflects decades of technical expertise, innovation, and commitment to providing versatile solutions for diverse industries worldwide.
State-of-the-Art Production Lines
Weston operates four specialized production lines, capable of producing a wide range of nonwoven materials with precise specifications:

Weston production line 1
Our paper making machines are restored and transformed to make paper which is laminated under spun lacing technics with polyester, polypropylene(pp) or both. From then, we did not produce paper as finished products but as part of intermediate object for producing spunlace nonwovens.
This line can produce:
● 55%pulp, 45%polyester spunlace, parallel/cross lapping, 35gsm-120gsm
● 70%pulp, 30%pp spunlace, 40gsm-120gsm
● Other laminated spunlace
Weston production line 2
This line produces with any blends of viscose and polyester. Its carding machine is parallel webbing. Main machines are Spinnbau brand.
This line can produce:
● Blends of viscose and polyester spunlace, parallel lapping, 35gsm-80gsm


Weston production line 3
This line produces with any blends of viscose and polyester. Its carding machine is cross webbing. Main machines are Andritz brand.
This line can produce:
● Blends of viscose and polyester spunlace, cross lapping, 40gsm-125gsm
Weston production line 4
This line produces 100% pp SMS, SMMS, SMMMS. It also has treatment equipment to produce water proof nonwoven, flame retardant nonwoven, hydrophilic nonwoven, anti-static nonwoven, medical grade 3-resistant (resistant to water, alcohol, static) nonwovens.
This line can produce:
● 100% pp SMS, SMMS, SMMMS with or without treatment, 8gsm-260gsm
