Creped Pulp Polyester Spunlace

Compared with plain surface, the creped pulp polyester spunlace has higher capacity to container dust and oil grease because it has larger surfaces. Made from pulp and polyester, being extremely soft, low lint and super absorbent, it is specially designed for critical environment. Now the main color we produce is white, turquoise, blue. It is pure only with pulp and polyester without any binders, chemicals, etc. They are designed to keep workers away from undesired particles or contamination no matter it is used in dry or pre-moistened environment. Crepex® is a brand of Weston for creped spunlace of pulp and polyester or polypropylene.

Weston is the earliest one who mastered micrex creping skills of nonwovens in China. Our creped fabric has unique softness, strength in MD and CD, absorbency.

Creped pulp polyester spunlace brief introduction:

1. Low lint. It is ideal wipes for cleaning blanket wash cloth of printers such as Heidelberger.

2. Super absorbent. It absorbs at high speed and big amount, bringing you high efficiency in cleaning task.

3. Composition: 50% pulp and 50% polyester or 55% pulp, 45% polyester.

4. Machine width: 2500mm and 3500mm

5. Webbing: parallel and cross lapping both ok

6. Standard color: white, blue, turquoise or customized.

7. Features: super absorbent, dust-proof, anti-static, soft.
