We have two kinds of pulp viscose spunlace nonwoven fabrics. One is flushable, the other one is not. Their difference is caused by the different kind of viscose we use for these two kinds.

1. Flushable pulp viscose spunlace nonwoven fabrics.

Good strength when it is wet;

Flushable or dispersible in toilets;

Good water-retaining properties;

Environment-friendly and biodegradable.

Application: adult Moist Toilet Tissue (MTT), toddler toilet care wipes, bathroom cleaning wipes, incontinence or bathing wipes and feminine hygiene wipes, etc.;

2. Non-flushable pulp viscose spunlace nonwoven fabrics.

Good strength when it is dry or wet;

Good water-retaining capacity;

Environment-friendly and biodegradable.

Application: general cleaning tasks, household wipes, food service wipes;

Product qualification:

We have FDA certificate and SGS report for this product. Also, we have data sheet for each batch of our nonwoven fabric products. Defect scanning device is installed for each of our production lines.

Our sharp-edged online-defects scanning system will give alerts for spots on fabrics, ensuring perfect quality of each yard of nonwovens.

For the flushable wipes, commonly it is 75%pulp, 25% viscose; for non-flushable wipes, usually it is 50% pulp, 50% viscose.
